Design and Research of Graphene Polymer Nanocomposites Prepared by Four kinds of Pickering emulotion with Graphene

Using graphite as raw material and Pickering emulotion method, all four graphene Pickering emulotion systems were designed. Using these four Pickering emulotion as templates, four new types of polymer graphene nanocomposites were prepared. It has very important applications, and the specific four systems are as follows. System 1 and 2 are water in oil reverse Pickering emulotion formed by original graphite; In systems 3 and 4, water-soluble sub additives are added to enable the phase inversion of Pickering emulotion to obtain oil in water Pickering emulotion. Here, physical modification is used, and small molecule additives can be tea polyphenols, amino acids, or low molecular weight PEI or chitosan..
1) Replace oil  with oil soluble monomers for polymerization to obtain porous nanocomposites containing graphene. Its pore size and hardness can be controlled, and graphene is continuously distributed on the inner walls of the pores. It can be used for oil-water separation and sewage treatment;
2) The water-soluble nano hydrogel was synthesized by adding water-soluble monomer and crosslinking agent into the water droplet. The surface is completely non hydrophilic graphene nano sheet, which is connected with the nano hydro gel interface by chemical bond;
3) The hydrogel with continuous distribution of graphene on the inner wall of the pore was synthesized by adding water-soluble monomer and cross-linking agent into the continuous aqueous phase;
4) Replace oil droplets with oil soluble monomers for polymerization The surface is composed of graphene nanosheets, which are chemically bonded to the interface of the nano polymer.
